- We'll Mailed to you via Registered Post (FOC), once your payment in 24hrs is confirmed. For Overseas buyers, you'll have to bear for the International Registered Post charges.

- We mail out on Every Wednesday & Friday only. Saturday for Special Request.

- Special Request for Urgent mail, will request a courier to send the goods to you within "DAY Service" that will charge S$5 - S$10 to you. (According to your hrs of service needed.)

-Pls make your payments in 24hrs time.

- 48 hrs of Reservation of the Item (Not Applicable On Promotions Period.) Afterwhich, will only send the item to 1st customer who make the payment.

- Only 1st come 1st serve basis.

- Extremely NO Meet ups & Exchange of Goods.

- NO return of money & goods, if any items been send to you & is spoiled.

- I will NOT held responsible for any lost of goods that been send to you.

CUSTOMIZATION

Customers request for Customize Jewellery, email to inspirae_jewel@yahoo.com.sg

Pls indicate in detailed (Be Specific of what you want) - Your Style, Mix-match, what kind of materials to be in your jewellery.

Time period from 3days - 1week

Pls include your particulars, eg: Name, Address, Contact & so on.

Pls indicate: Registered Post or Urgent Mail. For (Reg Post) FOC, Urgent mail (by courier service) Charges S$5 - S$10, according to the hrs of service you need.

Note! There is no discounts for customization items.

- We'll Serve you the Best Service that we can.

For any Promotions, there'll be no further discounts.

10% discounts are entitled for 2 items at least. (not in promotion period.)
